The Breite Straße 73 building is a monument in the town of Velten in the Oberhavel district in the state of Brandenburg .

Architecture and history

The factory owner Hermann Viebig commissioned the three-storey apartment building, completed in 1906. It is solidly built with bricks, has a plastered facade and a mansard roof . The manufacturer Ernst Zahn had renovations carried out in 1934. The building is on the Anger within sight of the town church and the rectory , directly opposite the monument at Breiten Straße 31 .
