The building is located west of the historic Quedlinburg city center on the west side of Breitscheidstrasse and belongs to the listed group of houses Breitscheidstrasse 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a settlement house. To the south is Breitscheidstrasse 30 , which is listed as a single monument .
Architecture and history
The two-story house built in 1930 in the New Objectivity style was built by the architect Herbert Puls . Its cubic design emphasizes the functional forms.
