Brian Bojsen

Brian Bojsen (* 1972 in Denmark ) is a Danish cook , restaurateur and former professional surfer as well as photographer , who is mainly known in German-speaking countries as a juror of the ZDF Küchenschlacht as well as from other formats of the station.

Life

Bojsen earned his living as a surfer and photographer from the age of 18. Later he began to work in the catering industry, where he worked for 16 years on Sylt, including in the Sansibar , Seepferdchen and the Osteria , before he worked in the event industry until 2014. In the same year he opened his own restaurant Brian's - Steak & Lobster in the Hamburg Milky Way in the former premises of Pius Reglis Pius Weinbar . Bojsen is married to a German and has two children, a daughter and a son with her. The latter, Jaden Bojsen , works as an actor.
