Brian William Hall (born November 22, 1946 in Glasgow , † July 16, 2015 ) was a Scottish football player . who was under contract with Liverpool FC in the 1970s .

Life

Hall studied mathematics at the University of Liverpool . During his studies he played for amateurs at Liverpool FC and after graduating he became a player on the professional team.

With Liverpool FC Hall won both the English championship and the UEFA Cup in 1973 and 1976 . In addition, they won the 1974 FA Cup final against Newcastle United . In 1976 Hall left Liverpool to play for Plymouth Argyle and shortly afterwards for Burnley FC . In 1980 he ended his career. In 1991 he returned to Liverpool FC as Public Relations Director and took care of the International Supporters Club, among other things. Brian Hall died of leukemia on July 16, 2015 .
