Brian West (born June 10, 1978 in LaGrange , Troup County ) is an American football player . The midfielder has already played for the US national team.

Life

Brian West was discovered through the American talent program Project-40 and entered the league in 1996 through the MLS Draft System. 1998-2003 he played 132 times (18 goals) in the MLS for Columbus Crew . In 2004 he moved to Norway to Fredrikstad FK and immediately became a regular (53 games / 12 goals). Since 2000 he has also been a senior national of the USA and has played 7 times so far.
