Bridal Veil Falls (Oregon)
The Bridal Veil Falls ( Engl. " Bridal Veil Falls") are waterfalls of the Bridal Veil Creek in Multnomah County in the US state of Oregon . The Bridal Veil Creek has its source on Larch Mountain, 1203 m high . Shortly before its confluence with the Columbia River , the brook falls over sharp basalt steps in two 30 and 9 m high falls. The falls are the only ones located below the Historic Columbia River Highway .
The falls are located in the Bridal Veil Falls State Scenic Viewpoint . Almost 2 km upstream are the 30 m high Upper Bridal Veil Falls , which are, however, very difficult to access.
