Brigitte Maier (born August 7, 1952 ) is a German -born American former porn actress and film actress .
Life
Brigitte Maier was born in Schleswig-Holstein . When she was four years old, her family immigrated to the United States. She became the girlfriend of the pioneer of pornographic film, Lasse Braun . Since 1972, the chubby, blonde woman who corresponds to the Lolita type has played in various of his Super 8 films and in this way became one of the early stars of the pornographic film. In 1974 she was also in the Penthouse , a year later in Playboy .
In 1975 Lasse Braun gave Maier the lead role in his first lavishly produced feature film, Sensations , which was soon to become a classic of so-called porno chic . The film was shown at the Cannes International Film Festival and was advertised in full-page advertisements in reputable US daily newspapers. With this film Maier also became known to a wide audience. Towards the end of the 1970s she withdrew from the film business.
