Brigitte Stoll

Brigitte Stoll , b. Wolf (born August 4, 1927 in Breslau , Silesia ; † February 12, 2020 in Emden ) was a German politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

Brigitte Stoll first attended the König-Wilhelm-Gymnasium in Breslau and continued her schooling after being expelled from Silesia in Emden , where she graduated from high school in 1948. Two years later, she passed an exam as a rural housekeeper. She initially worked from 1951 to 1955 in Emden in the parents' concrete works Wolf KG as a secretary. In 1973 she passed an examination as a housekeeper .

From 1972 to 1990 she was a member of the state executive committee of the Lower Saxony CDU. She took over the chairmanship of the Emden district association of the Association of Expellees . In the city of Emden she was elected to the city council in 1972 and in 1986 took over the chairmanship of the CDU parliamentary group.

From June 21, 1978 to June 20, 1982 (9th electoral term) and from April 26, 1983 to June 20, 1994 (10th to 12th electoral period) she was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament. From June 28, 1978 to June 20, 1982 and from July 9, 1986 to June 20, 1994 she worked there as secretary.

She had four children with her husband Günther Stoll (1920–2006).
