The Broecking Verlag is one of Christian Broecking guided Berlin small publisher with program priorities in the areas of music and art . The Creative People Books series publishes books on famous jazz musicians such as Herbie Hancock , Ornette Coleman and Sonny Rollins . Maxi Sickert is one of the authors of this series with her book Clarinet Bird. Rolf Kühn - Jazz talk , which was named the best German-language jazz book of 2009 by the Darmstadt Jazz Institute . Books about Hann Trier have been published in the broecking art edition series.
