Broicher Strasse 371 (Mönchengladbach)
The Fachwerkhof conditioning Broicher road 371 is on sale in the Honschaft Broich in the district Rheindahlen country in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).
The building was built in the 18th and 19th centuries. It is under no. B 091 on 4 December 1984 in the list of monuments of the city Mönchengladbach been registered.
architecture
The courtyard from the 18th century with renovations in the 19th century consists of a residential / stable building adjoining the courtyard to the south with a crooked hipped roof or a hipped roof on one side . The south facade has been renewed with brick; essentially original timber framework constructions. The south side has four tall rectangular windows . The former gate building in half-timbered construction with a gable roof has opened its passage towards Broicher Straße.
Another commercial access is open exactly opposite the gate building to the south. The courtyard is surrounded on four sides by farm buildings, stables and sheds . On the north side a single-storey barn building with a half-hip roof and a wide roof overhang on the courtyard side.
Barn door still original. The west side is sealed off by a single-storey stable building with a gable roof, which connects the barn building and the residential building. Barn building originally preserved in clay framework.
