Bruce A. Segal (* 1959 ) is an American amateur astronomer .

He lives in Florida and is an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon . For his observations he uses an automated device with which he remotely controls the observatory in Jupiter in Palm Beach County in Florida.

In April 2000 he discovered a total of two asteroids.

The asteroid (21683) Segal was named after him on November 10, 2003.
