Bruce Ratner

Bruce C. Ratner (born January 23, 1945 in Cleveland , Ohio ) is an American contractor and chairman of Forest City Ratner . He also owns shares in the professional basketball team of the Brooklyn Nets . Ratner studied at Harvard Law School , where he graduated cum laude .

Ratner had the Nets move to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn after the 2011/12 NBA season . A multi-function arena planned by Frank Gehry was created there.
