Bruno Blanchet
Bruno Blanchet (* 1760 ; † 1822 ) was a Haitian politician and President of South Haiti.
biography
After the assassination of Emperor Jakob I (Jacques I.) on October 17, 1806 on behalf of Henri Christophe , Blanchet became President of South Haiti on January 27, 1807 after Christophe had split Haiti into a northern and southern state no agreement in the country was achieved.
Blanchet then handed over the office of President of South Haiti to Alexandre Sabès Pétion on March 10, 1807 .
