Bruno Haberzettl

Bruno Haberzettl (* 1965 in Horn ) is an Austrian caricaturist and illustrator .

Since 1990 he has been working as a freelance draftsman and illustrator, among others for RennbahnExpress and WIENER . A weekly cartoon has been published in the Kronen Zeitung since 1995 .

life and work

He was born the son of a gendarmerie officer and a housewife. After graduating from high school in Vienna, he initially worked for seven years as a civil servant in the Vienna Chamber of Commerce, in addition to studying law until he began to draw at the age of 24.

For several years he illustrated learning aids and books, made theater posters, CD covers for Georg Danzer and cartoons for MA 2412 - Die Staatsdiener . In the last few years he has published several books with the Carl Ueberreuter publishing house.

He lives with his family in southern Lower Austria .
