Bruno Hauff (politician)

Bruno Hauff (born April 15, 1885 in Dresden ; † after 1932) was a German entrepreneur and politician ( DDP , DStP).

Life

Hauff was an active officer in the pioneer troop until 1920 , most recently with the rank of major . He then became a co-owner of the manufacturing and wholesale company Brandt & Hauff, based in Rathenow .

During the time of the Weimar Republic , Hauff was a member of the German Democratic Party (DDP), which was renamed the German State Party (DStP) in 1930. From 1925 to 1927 he was a member of the party committee of the DDP. Furthermore, he was a member of the federal executive committee of the Reichsbanner Black-Red-Gold . Hauff belonged to the city council in Rathenow. In May 1928 he was elected as a member of the Prussian state parliament, to which he was a member until 1932. In parliament he represented constituency 4 (Potsdam I).
