Bruno Maass

Bruno Maaß (born May 6, 1888 in Stralsund ; † April 30, 1964 ) was a German politician ( SPD / FDP ) and a member of the state parliament in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Life and work

After attending school, Maaß completed a commercial apprenticeship . From 1906 to 1924 he worked as a union and party secretary. He was a member of the SPD from 1906 to 1933. He became a member of the FDP in 1946. Maaß was represented in numerous FDP committees. After the Second World War he was employed as the manager of a housing company.

From April 20, 1947 to June 17, 1950, Maaß was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected from his party's national list. From 1946 to 1952 he was a member of the city ​​council of Duisburg .
