Bruno Semenzato (born July 11, 1992 in São Paulo ) is a former Brazilian tennis player .

Career

Semenzato played as a junior player twice in a Grand Slam tournament for juniors until 2010 and made it to the quarter-finals twice in Melbourne and New York .

From 2010 the Brazilian played professional tournaments on a regular basis, where he rarely won matches on the third-class ITF Future Tour . In singles, he reached a future final once and failed to win three games on the next higher ATP Challenger Tour . Things went a little better in doubles, where he won his only three titles on the future level. In 2011 he reached his career high with rank 714 in singles and 612 in doubles. Semenzato completed his only match on the ATP Tour in Los Angeles at the Farmers Classic 2011 in doubles, where he lost at the beginning.

In mid-2012, Semezato began studying at Duke University , where he also regularly played college tennis . He graduated there in 2016. From the beginning of his studies, he hardly played any professional tournaments.
