Buddy Dyer
John Hugh "Buddy" Dyer (born August 7, 1958 in Orlando , Florida ) is Mayor of Orlando. He was elected for the first time in 2003. Previously, Dyer was a long-time member of the Florida Senate . He is a member of the Democrats and a lawyer by profession. The Orlando massacre fell during his tenure on June 12, 2016 .
