Jörg Bickenbach
Jörg Bickenbach (born November 16, 1940 ) is a German lawyer and former State Secretary in the Ministry of Economics of North Rhine-Westphalia .
biography
Bickenbach completed a law degree at the universities of Frankfurt am Main, Berlin and Bonn. Professionally, from 1988 to 1993 he was an alderman in the city administration of Duisburg . He then took over the office of city director in Düsseldorf . He then served as State Secretary from September 1996 to July 2004.
