Polski Holding Obronny sp. z oo (formerly Bumar ) is a Polish state-owned industrial group with 800 million złoty of capital and 12,000 employees (as of 2006). Its head office is in Warsaw . The current CEO is Krzysztof Krystowski.

The group comprises 22 production and trading companies in the Polish arms industry specializing in ammunition , radar , missiles , armored weapons, as well as companies in the construction machinery , agricultural machinery and construction services sectors .

A hallmark of the group is the main battle tank of the Polish Army , the PT-91 Twardy, which won a tender for 370 million US dollars launched by Malaysia in 2006 (PT-91M) . The vehicles were manufactured by Bumar Łabędy .
