The Federation of Upper Silesians (Związek Górnoślązaków) was an Upper Silesian autonomy movement founded in January 1919 , which advocated an autonomous Upper Silesian state with both German and Polish, but above all Silesian identity. The leaders were Thomas Reginek in 1919, Ewald Latacz from late 1919 to December 1921 and Joseph Musiol from December 1921 to 1924. This organization was the most influential of its kind.
