Bunji Kimura ( Japanese 木村 文治 , Kimura Bunji ; born July 27, 1944 in Kyoto Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Kimura learned to play football in the university team of Osaka University of Economics . He signed his first contract with Yanmar Diesel in 1968 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . In 1968 and 1970 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . With the club he became Japanese champion in 1971 . For the club he completed 72 top division games. At the end of 1973 he ended his career as a football player.
