Bunnicula is an American animated series that was produced from 2016 to 2018. The series is based on the children's book series Kanicula (English: "Bunnicula") by James and Deborah Howe.

The series is about a vampire bunny who does not eat blood but rather carrot juice , which allows it to improve its supernatural powers . It lives with the 11 year old Mina together with her two pets , the phantom tomcat Chester and the lovable but simple dog Harold. Together they experience a lot of different problems and adventures that they face.
Production and publication
The series was produced in the United States from 2016 to 2018. This resulted in 3 seasons with 104 episodes. Directed by Erik Knutson and Ian Wasseluk and produced by Warner Bros. Animation. The music is by Paul E. Francis.
The series was first broadcast on February 6, 2016 on Cartoon Network , and in Germany for the first time on June 20, 2016 on Boomerang .
