The Burdick West Peak ( Bulgarian Връх Западен Бурдик Wrach Sapaden Burdik , German 'West Burdick Peak' ) is a 455 m high mountain in the eastern part of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises 1 km northwest to west of Burdick Peak , 620 m south-southeast of Rezen Knoll and 3.86 km east-southeast of Aleko Rock and 4.75 km east to north of Sinemorets Hill .
Bulgarian scientists carried out surveys between 1995 and 1996 and named it after its geographical location on Burdick Peak. Its namesake is the American Christopher Burdick († 1831), who visited the South Shetland Islands between 1820 and 1821 as captain of the schooner Huntress from Nantucket . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names transferred in 1997 the Bulgarian designation into English.
