European consumer association

The European Consumers Association ( French Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs , BEUC for short ) is an association of independent consumer organizations in the European Union based in Brussels . The European Consumers Association, founded on March 6, 1962, is a member of Consumers International and employs around 35 people. The Belgian lawyer Monique Goyens has headed the association since 2007 .
