The Castle Castle Wood is an Outbound Höhenburg ( Wallburg ) and free accessible ground monument to 375  m above sea level. NHN 2.5 kilometers east-southeast of Tübingen on the expressway to Reutlingen in the district of Tübingen ( Baden-Württemberg ).

The Wallburg was a multi-phase rampart, measured in 1896 and 1982, with a 150-meter-long section rampart and a pincer gate . Today's Burgstall still shows wall and moat remains .
