The castle Drößnitz is an Outbound castle in the district Drößnitz the city Blankenhain in the district Weimarer Land in Thuringia .
history
This Wegwarte on the Altstrasse between Kahla and Blankenhain was a base for protection and help in negotiating the hilly terrain . It was destroyed between 1618 and 1648, during the Thirty Years' War . There are no traces.
