history
Construction of the castle began around 1232. Hieronymus the Younger Hrobschitzky von Hrobschitz had it converted into a Renaissance complex. From 1755 to 1779 it served as the summer residence of the monks of the Plasy monastery . After the monastery was dissolved in 1785, the castle fell into disrepair.
investment
The castle, an irregular structure, lies in the field of fire of a plateau about 50 m higher, on which a bastion stood for protection.
