The castle Neuhaus is an Outbound Turmhügelburg (Motte) in the valley east of the Good Neuhaus at Giekau in Plön in Schleswig-Holstein . Next to the castle is the Waterburg .
The von Ghikowe family is mentioned as the owner of the castle mentioned in 1239.
The moth enclosure was a tower hill surrounded by a moat and partly fortified with boulders, an elevation “monk and nun” studded with roof tiles . The tower hill from the former castle complex is still preserved.
