The castle Upper Schaffhausen , also castle on the mountain soul called, is an Outbound hilltop castle on the soul mountain south of the local part upper Schaffhausen the community Boetzingen in Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald in Baden-Württemberg .

Nothing remains of the former castle, which was discovered during a site inspection in 1964.
