The Burya Point (English; Bulgarian нос Буря nos Burja ) is a rocky headland on the west coast of Trinity Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It forms 3.88 km south to east of Cape Wollaston and 2.26 km south-southeast of Preker Point, the south side of the entrance to Saldobisa Cove .
British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2013 after the town of Burja in northern Bulgaria .
