The Busen Point is a headland on the north coast of South Georgia . It marks the southeast side of the entrance to Stromness Bay . The Bucentaur Rock lies northeast of it .
The name of the headland is recorded for the first time on map material that was created in the course of surveys by the British Discovery Investigations between 1927 and 1929. It is named after the Busen , one of the ships that were used for these measurements.
