Byun Chun-sa ( kor. 전다혜 ; born November 23, 1987 in Seoul ) is a South Korean short tracker .

At the Junior World Championships in Budapest in 2003 she won gold in the all-around competition and at the 2004 World Championships in Gothenburg she won gold in the 3000 m relay and in the individual race over 3000 m. In addition, she won silver over 1000 m and was third in the all-around competition. At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin , she was Olympic champion with the relay. Byun won the relay gold and bronze over 1500 m at the 2007 World Championships in Milan . She took part in the Winter Asian Games in Changchun in 2007 and won silver in the relay and bronze in the 500 m.
