César Polanco

César "Patico" Polanco (born November 29, 1967 in Santiago de los Caballeros , Dominican Republic ) is a former Dominican boxer in the super flyweight division .

Professional career

In 1983 he started his professional career successfully. On February 2, 1986 he boxed against Ellyas Pical for the world championship title of the IBF association and won by a split judge's decision. However, he already lost this belt in his first title defense in July of the same year to Pical in a direct rematch through knockout in the 3rd round.

In 1993 he ended his career.
