César Vargas , full name César Fabián Vargas Cáceres , (born December 9, 1989 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.78 meter tall, partly also as Fabián Vargas midfield or defensive player completed 15 and 13 games for the Rampla Juniors in the Primera División in the two first division seasons 2010/11 and 2011/12 . In the 2013/14 season 25 appearances and one goal in the Segunda División are recorded for him. At the end of the season, his team rose again to the Primera División. In the 2014/15 season he was used 27 times (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league. His club could not keep the class, however. In mid-September 2015, he joined the second division club Atlético Torque , for which he completed four second division games (no goal) in the 2015/16 season.
