Early activation antigen CD69 is a surface protein from the group of cell adhesion molecules .

properties

CD69 is produced by activated T cells , B cells , NK cells , neutrophils , eosinophils , Langerhans cells and platelets . It acts as an immunomodulator after activation. CD69 binds divalent calcium ions and is glycosylated and phosphorylated .
