Cacau , real name Ricardo Cámara Sobral (born September 16, 1971 in the municipality of Ceará-Mirim in the state of Rio Grande do Norte ), is a Brazilian futsal trainer and former futsal player.

As a player, Cacau was able to achieve success as a national champion in Brazil, Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic and also played for the Brazilian national futsal team . Since 2013, Cacau has coached the MFK Kairat Almaty and the Kazakh national futsal team .

In September 2016, Cacau announced that he would resign from his position as coach of the Kazakh national futsal team in order to focus on his work at Kairat Almaty. He returned to the same position in September 2017.
