On the platforms and on the distribution level , the walls are made of roughened dark gray concrete with chrome steel elements, the walls above the platform vaults are decorated with triangular patterns. On the surface there are two identical entrance pavilions , with a square floor plan and overhanging flat roofs.

The platform level with two side platforms is at a depth of 12.2 meters . The distances to the neighboring stations, measured from station end to station start, are 781.69 meters to Assomption and 518.51 meters to Langelier . art

One of the two murals

A wall painting by Jean Cartier can be found in each of the two access tunnels to the entrance pavilions. The abstract works consist of fired enamel on steel plates and are each 5 meters wide and 1.7 meters high. While blue tones predominate on the north side, orange tones are predominant on the south side. The rectangular segments can be removed and rearranged to create a new pattern.

history

The opening of the station took place on June 6, 1976, together with the section Frontenac - Honoré-Beaugrand of the green line. Name giver is the Rue de Cadillac, named after the French explorer Antoine Laumet, sieur de Cadillac (1658-1730).
