Caesar Predari

Karl Eduard Caesar Predari (born December 29, 1853 in Weißensee (Erfurt administrative region); † in the 20th century) was a Senate President at the Imperial Court .

Life

The son of the appellate judge Dominicus Predari studied law in Breslau and Heidelberg. In 1873 the 19-year-old trainee lawyer was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign. In 1878 he became a district judge and in 1879 a district judge. In 1886 he was appointed district judge and in 1891 district judge. In 1894 he became a member of the chamber judge. In 1902 he came to the Imperial Court. He was active in the VII Civil Senate . According to the German legal journal, he should be Stephan Hoffmann in the chairmanship of the VI. Follow civil senate. Apparently there had been last-minute changes and Predari took over the chairmanship of the VII Civil Senate. He retired in 1923.

From 1906/07 he was co-editor of Julius Albert Gruchot's "Contributions to the Explanation of German Law" .
