Dominicus Predari

Dominicus Predari (born July 26, 1818 in Erfurt , † July 19, 1880 in Leipzig ) was a German judge.

Life

After attending high school in Erfurt Dominicus Predari studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn and the Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Berlin law . In 1840 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Bonn . After graduating, he was an auscultator and trainee lawyer in Erfurt and Naumburg . He then became a district judge in Weißensee and in 1854 in Erfurt. In 1866 he was appointed appellate judge in Ratibor . In 1870 he moved to Breslau . After the establishment of the Reichsgericht in Leipzig in 1879, he was employed in 1880 as a higher regional judge in the auxiliary senates of the Reichsgericht .
