Cai Xia

Cai Xia (born 1952 ) is a Chinese dissident .

Her family of origin served in the Chinese military. She studied law and received her PhD from the Central Party College of the Communist Party of China in 1988 .

She was a professor at the party college for 15 years. She lives in the USA today. In June 2020, she referred to Xi Jinping as a mafia boss. She criticized the party's moral collapse. On August 17, 2020, she was expelled from the party and her pension was cut.
