The Cambrian Bluff is a striking rock cliff in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . As the southern end of the Holyoake Range in the Churchill Mountains , it rises on the northern flank of the Nimrod Glacier .
The southern group of the 1960-1961 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named it because the cliff is criss-crossed with large deposits of pink and white marble from the Cambrian .
