Camilo Cándido , full name Camilo Damián Cándido Aquino , (born June 2, 1995 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.74 meter tall midfielder Cándido has been part of the squad of the then first division club Rampla Juniors at least since the 2015 Clausura . There he made his debut under coach Nelson Olveira on June 7, 2015 in a 0-0 draw against Defensor Sporting in the Primera División , when he came on for Mauro Vila in the 62nd minute . Overall, he ran once (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league in the 2014/15 season. After relegation, 21 more league appearances (no goal) followed in the second division season 2015/16. His club returned to the top class again. During the 2016 season, he played 14 times (no goal) in the Primera División. In the current 2017 season (as of February 11, 2017) he has been booked in a first division (no goal).
