Campus camp
The campus camp or campus camping refers to camping or camping on the campus of a university or college . The reasons for this are different. In the 1970s, the camps arose out of the necessity that freshmen could not find a place to stay at the beginning of the semester due to the housing shortage at the time . Later, in the early and mid-2000s, they represented a form of protest against the introduction of tuition fees . As a rule, camps are tolerated, probably to avoid building occupations.
