ITI Neovision is the operator of the Polish satellite platform nc + and, since June 2, 2014, the Polish Canal + channels and their themed channels. It belongs to Groupe Canal + (51%), TVN (32%) and Liberty Global (17%).

Merger with Canal + Cyfrowy

Canal + Cyfrowy was a Polish company which was 75% owned by Groupe Canal + and 25% by Liberty Global. Canal + Cyfrowy was the operator of the Polish satellite platform Cyfra + , the Polish Canal + channels and their themed channels. These are currently also being distributed by over 350 Polish cable providers.

On October 30, 2012, the Canal + Group and the ITI Group decided on a strategic partnership which resulted in a merger of the two satellite platforms Cyfra + and n to form nc +. This started on March 21, 2013, the 18th birthday of Canal + Polska . On June 2, 2014 Canal + Cyfrowy merged with ITI Neovision into one company.
