The ITI Group ( International Trading and Investments Holdings SA Luxembourg ) is a Polish media association, founded by Jan Wejchert and Mariusz Walter in 1984. The license at the time approved the import and distribution of films on video cassettes. ITI was considered the first private media company in the People's Republic of Poland . Since July 24, 2008 it has been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange under the name Holding-Media-Entertainment .
The president of the ITI group is Wojciech Kostrzewa (who also acts as general director), the vice-presidents are Mariusz Walter and Bruno Valsangiacomo.
