Capelle is a district of the municipality of Nordkirchen in the Coesfeld district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

Capelle is east of Nordkirchen. The train station is about 1.3 km east of the village.
history
The place is first mentioned in a document around 800, when Emperor Charlemagne gave the first bishop of Münster, Liudger , the Ithari forest area with three upper courts. One of them became Capelle. In 1698 the parish church of St. Dionysius was built. Until 1923 Capelle belonged to the Werne office. Then it came to the office of North Churches.
On January 1, 1975, Capelle was incorporated into Nordkirchen.

Landesstrasse 671 and Kreisstrasse 15 meet in the village .
The district has a train station on the Preußen – Münster railway line . There keep hourly regional trains of Keolis- euro railway (Line RB 50 The Lüner ) between Dortmund and Münster. The regional bus line R 53 of the EVG Euregio bus company connects the center of Nordkirchen Monday to Friday with the Capelle train station and with Lüdinghausen . In addition, the citizens 'bus runs during the week between Capelle, Südkirchen, Nordkirchen, Herbern (change to the Ascheberger citizens' bus at Capelle station) and Selm.
