As a result, Capital Fort shares some of the outward appearances with its distinctive predecessor (which was completed in 1999). Capital Fort was developed by Fort Noks , a local company. Construction began on January 29, 2010 and was completed in 2012. The price for the construction was between € 60 and 80 million.
