Capital Market Authority Headquarters is a skyscraper that is currently under construction. It belongs to the newly emerging King Abdullah Financial District in the north of the capital Riyadh of Saudi Arabia .

The project was presented to the public in 2009. In autumn 2010, the foundation work began on the modern high-rise, which is located in the center of the district and is expected to be completed in 2015, after the year 2014 was initially set. In summer 2014 the structure reached its final height of 385 meters. This makes it the tallest building in the city and the second tallest in the country after the Mecca Royal Clock Tower Hotel in Mecca . The slim tower has 77 floors, which should provide new office space in the city. The architecture office HOK - Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum has been entrusted with the planning. Completion and opening should take place in 2017.
