The Carina Heights are expansive hills in the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . They rise near the head of the Ryder Glacier on the western edge of the Dyer Plateau and are bounded in the northwest by cliffs and in the northwest by a glacier break.

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the group on July 21, 1976 after the constellation Carina .
